About Seth Macfarlane being the highest paid writer on television, Family Guy's DVD sales, and its major network support and promotion in general. They can accuse him of stealing ideas, but cartoons do that. Homer Simpson was a modern day Fred Flintstone. You can talk about where the idea for Stewie(or other characters) came from... it doesn't change the fact there are 50 or so original jokes in a Family Guy episode that are much funnier than anything South Park has ever offered. If South Park were better than Family Guy it would have been picked up by a major network. Oh but they wouldn't sell out... lies... they would, the offer just isn't there.
